Distance Sales Contract

SALES/CUSTOMER AGREEMENT
 

Parties:

1. Subject of the Agreement
This agreement has been drawn up to determine the terms and conditions regarding the Buyer's purchase of pet houses through the Company's website (www.waowwooden.com), and the rights and obligations of the parties. The parties declare that they have read, understood and accepted each and every article of this agreement.

 

2. Remote Shopping
2.1. This contract is regulated within the framework of distance selling provisions. The Buyer is deemed to have accepted the terms of this contract in the purchases he/she makes through the website.
2.2. The Buyer has the right to obtain the necessary information about the introduction, features, prices and sales conditions of the products. In this context, all features, prices and shipping conditions of the products are clearly stated on the website. The Buyer should carefully review this information before placing an order.

 

3. Ordering
3.1. The Buyer may place an order by selecting the products on the Company's website. The order is based on the accuracy and completeness of the information provided by the Buyer.
3.2. The Buyer declares that the information provided during the order process is accurate and complete. The Company does not assume any liability in the event of incorrect or incomplete information. The Buyer will be responsible for any damages that may occur as a result of providing incorrect information.

 

4. Price and Payment
4.1. Product prices are the prices on the Company's website at the time of ordering. The Company reserves the right to change prices without prior notice.

4.2. The Buyer is obliged to pay the order amount using the payment methods specified on the website (credit card, bank transfer, etc.). Payment is mandatory for the completion of the order. The Buyer will be responsible for any damages that may occur due to payments not made for any reason.

 

5. Shipping and Delivery

5.1. The Company undertakes to ship the Buyer's order within 7 business days from the date of receipt of the order.

5.2. The shipping time may vary depending on the region where the Buyer resides. The cargo tracking number will be notified to the Buyer by e-mail when the order is shipped.

5.3. The Buyer must check that the product is undamaged and complete during delivery. If any damage or deficiency is detected during delivery, the Buyer must ensure that a report is drawn up by the cargo officer and immediately notify the Company in writing. The report is of critical importance in determining the damage.

 

6. Cancellation and Return Terms
6.1. The Buyer has the right to cancel the order before it is shipped. The cancellation request must be notified via customer services within 24 hours at the latest.

6.2. The return request must be made within 14 days after the product is received by the Buyer. For the return, the product must be unused, in its original packaging and with its labels. In order for the product to be returned, the Buyer must submit the return request to the Company in writing.

6.3. The shipping fee during the return process belongs to the Buyer. When the return is approved, the refund of the payment made to the Buyer will be made within 14 business days.

6.4. If the return request is for the product to arrive damaged or missing, the Buyer must submit this situation to the Company in writing. In case of damage, the Buyer must reserve its rights against the cargo company of the product. The Company assumes no liability for damage to the product.

 

7. Warranty

7.1. The Company offers a 1-month warranty against manufacturing defects of the products. For problems that arise during the warranty period, the Buyer may contact the Company and request a solution.

7.2. Products under warranty are only valid under normal usage conditions. Damages resulting from user error or misuse are not covered by the warranty.

 

8. Privacy and Data Protection

8.1. The Buyer's personal information will be used in accordance with this agreement and will not be shared with third parties.

8.2. The Buyer agrees to take all necessary measures to protect the personal data provided through the website. The Company will use and protect the Buyer's data only for the purpose of fulfilling this agreement.

 

9. Dispute Resolution

9.1. Any dispute that may arise between the parties will be tried to be resolved primarily through friendly negotiations.

9.2. If a solution cannot be reached, the [Competent Court] courts will be the competent courts agreed upon by the parties. By accepting this agreement, the Buyer declares that it accepts the jurisdiction of these courts in all disputes.

 

10. Enforcement

This agreement enters into force when the Buyer places an order and is binding on both parties. The agreement cannot be changed without the mutual written consent of the parties.
 

11. Other Provisions

11.1. The terms in this contract cannot be changed without the written approval of the parties.

11.2. By accepting this contract, the Buyer declares that he/she has read, understood and accepted all the terms and conditions stated on the website.

11.3. In the event that the Buyer fails to fulfill his/her obligations under this contract, the Company reserves all its legal rights against the Buyer.
