Delivery and Return

2. Remote Shopping
All purchases you make through our website are evaluated within the scope of remote sales. Our customers can shop consciously by examining the products and reading all the details.
3. Order Cancellation
You have the right to cancel your order before the product is shipped. You must contact our customer service to notify your cancellation request within 24 hours. It is not possible to cancel orders that have been shipped.
4. Return Process
You can return your products within 14 days from the date you received them. For the return process, the product must be unused, in its original packaging and with its labels. You can initiate your return request by notifying our customer service.
5. Return Conditions
- The products to be returned must be received.
- The shipping fee during the return process belongs to the customer.
- When the return process is approved, your payment will be refunded within 14 business days.
